When can I enjoy my breakfast?
You can enjoy a breakfast from our buffet Monday-Friday from 6.30AM-10.30AM and weekends from 7AM-11AM in our restaurant Von Plessen. You are also welcome to order your breakfast via room service with a service charge of
When can I check-in and out?
Check-in can happen from 3PM and checkout can happen no later than 12 noon. If you are in need of an earlier check-in or a later checkout, we kindly ask you to contact us and then we will do our best to meet your request.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we offer free storage of your luggage. You are welcome to drop off your luggage with us when you check in or check out, and then pick it up again at your convenience.
Can I get access to free Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can use our free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel. You are also welcome to use our computers in the lobby.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, all 213 rooms at the hotel have air conditioning.
Where can I park my car, and what is the price?
It is possible to park in the hotel’s courtyard or in a parking garage close to the hotel.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, your pet is more than welcome to stay with us. Your dog is allowed everywhere in the hotel (except in our restaurants and always under your supervision). Please inform us that you are bringing your pet, either by email or when making your booking, and we will ensure a little treat is waiting in the room upon your arrival.

When is the reception open?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you are in need of table reservations, transfer, parking, car or bike rental, printouts or anything alike, we are more than happy to assist you.
When can I use the fitness centre?
Our fitness center is open from 6AM to 10PM every day of the week. If you wish to access the center outside opening hours, you can use your personal key card to get access. You find our fitness center on the lower floor.
When can I eat in the restaurant?
You can enjoy lunch and dinner in our brasserie Murdoch’s Books & Ale all days of the week.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, we have an elevator at the hotel. However, please be aware that there are a few steps at the entrance to the hotel and to certain rooms.
Is laundry and dry cleaning available at the hotel?
We offer laundry and dry-cleaning services on all weekdays. Laundry bags with clothes must be dropped off at the reception by 8AM and will be returned the same day.
Is the hotel disabled-friendly?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer disabled-friendly conditions or rooms, since we are housed in an older building with high preservation value and therefore, is not suitable for wheelchair users due to steps and small hallways.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the hotel is completely non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed by the windows or on the hotel's terrace either.

Can I go for a run close to the hotel?
Yes, you can easily go for a run on the many sidewalks and footpaths that surround our hotel. In our reception, you can pick up a running map that shows routes of both three, five and seven kilometers. If you run in morning between 6.30AM and 9AM, we can offer a free bottle of water all days of the week.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you have booked a room with 'Free Cancellation', you can change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 12PM on the day of arrival. To make changes or cancellations, you can use the link in your booking confirmation or select 'Change reservation' found in the 'Search' section at the top of this page. You are also welcome to contact the hotel directly. For reservations without a cancellation option, please refer to the applicable sales conditions.
What should I do if I haven't received an email confirmation for my booking?
If you haven't received your booking confirmation via email, you should check your spam filter. If the confirmation isn't in the spam filter, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
What if I have lost or forgotten something at the hotel?
If you have lost or forgotten an item during your stay with us, please fill out this form.
